*Festival will provide: grills, tables, canopy, oysters, shuckers, napkins, utensils, plates and condiments.
*Cook Teams provide: crew, ingredients, tools, supplies, table linens, and whatever you need to win!
*Cook Teams require wristbands. (4) Four will be provided per cook team upon entrance.
Cook-off Schedule
- 12:00 PM: Grill teams must be on-site
- 1:45 PM: Teams must be completely set up and ready to serve
- 2:00 PM: Festival starts
- 3:00 PM: Cook teams submit entry to Judges
- Winners announced and awards presented upon Judges rulings
